Additionally, I acknowledge and agree that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the fitness activities, programs, and use of equipment provided by Fitness 19 318 LLC. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with physical exercise and I hereby release Fitness 19 318 LLC, its agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, including death, that may occur during or as a result of using the facilities or participating in any activities at Fitness 19 318 LLC.

Moreover, I understand and agree that any guest pass provided by Fitness 19 318 LLC is valid for a period of three (3) consecutive days only. Additionally, each individual is entitled to use a guest pass only once per calendar year.

Additionally, I acknowledge that as a holder of this pass, I am bound by and agree to comply with all gym policies and regulations as outlined on the Fitness 19 website at fitness19wa.com/rules.
Furthermore, the individual understands that they can revoke their consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting Fitness 19 318 LLC via phone or email. This revocation will not affect any communications sent prior to the revocation being processed.
