Additionally, I acknowledge and agree that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the fitness activities, programs, and use of equipment provided by Fitness 19 318 LLC. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with physical exercise and I hereby release Fitness 19 318 LLC, its agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, including death, that may occur during or as a result of using the facilities or participating in any activities at Fitness 19 318 LLC.
